Sales Representative
Milwaukee Territory
Responsibilities:
Generate revenue by identifying new business through cold calling into assigned accounts/territory, lead generation, working with partners, and networking
Meet with executive decision makers to analyze their needs and identify areas for PDS to provide valuable solutions
Develop interactive sales strategies based on client needs and PDS guidelines
Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing, as well as your peers, to achieve/exceed assigned sales goals
Maintain current knowledge of PDS products and services to effectively execute sales
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years successfully hunting, prospecting, developing and closing leads for new business
Demonstrated proven sales success as a top producer in HR/Payroll or Time & Labor Solutions sales
Understanding of executive level business drivers, value expectations, business cases, and ROI assumptions
Demonstrated negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Previous Sales experience in the payroll/HR or time & labor management industry required
