Payroll Data's Orbit system offers high security access controls and customizable password profiles to match your company's internal security policies and procedures. Orbit's online data is protected and secured with RC4 128 bit High-Grade Encryption.

RSA SecurID Details
Each RSA SecureID authenticator has a unique symmetric key that is combined with a proven algorithm to generate a new one-time password (OTP) every 60 seconds. The OTP is coupled with a secret PIN to create a combination virtually impossible to hack. This technology is embedded into our Orbit platform acting as the gateway to gain access.
- RSA will authorize each security token key
- Payroll Data will assign tokens to our clients based on credentials
- User logs into the system in secure fashion
